This  brown beetle 12 to 20 millimeter long.
The beetle can be recognized by the three “horns”
It can be found in sandy heath areas and clearings in pine forest.
He lives from cow or sheep manure .
After mating, the female digs a long corridor with several side corridors,
where food for the larvae is stored.
